Please read these terms carefully before using the xbagh platform. This document contains important information about your rights, responsibilities, and use of the platform.

1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xbagh platform and all its services. By accessing the xbagh website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. You are advised not to use the platform without reading these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to xbagh's website, app, and other digital channels.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor on the xbagh platform.
  • "Account" refers to a user's registered profile.
  • "Services" refers to online gaming, sports betting, live casino, and related features.
  • "Bonus" refers to any incentive reward or credit provided by xbagh.
Important: Although these Terms are written in English, in the event of any dispute or ambiguity, xbagh's own interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

An active account is required to use any paid service on the xbagh platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.
  • Accounts must be registered in your own name; operating an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
  • If multiple members of the same household use the same device or IP address, xbagh must be notified.
  • Providing false information during registration will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

2.2 Identity Verification

xbagh reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age & Eligibility

All xbagh services are available only to users aged 21 or above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification: xbagh may request age verification documents from any suspicious account at any time. Accounts operated on behalf of minors will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited.
  • Users must be residents of Bangladesh or legally capable individuals.
  • Using xbagh from countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited is not allowed.
  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring that using the platform is lawful under the laws of their area.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Specific rules apply to financial transactions on the xbagh platform. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods.

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for each method).
  • Approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. For any delays, please contact the support team.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • The withdrawal method must be the same as the method used to make the deposit.
  • xbagh reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.
  • Additional documents may be requested for suspicious transactions.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy: xbagh monitors all suspicious financial activity and reserves the right to take action in accordance with applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xbagh's bonus and promotion offers are provided subject to specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, you also accept the specific terms of that bonus in addition to these Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • Another example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
  • The bonus is given only once and for a single account per user.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make the bonus withdrawable, a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited funds.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered to complete the requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • If a bonus is not used within its specified validity period after being awarded, it will be cancelled.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements are completed.
  • A promotion cannot be used together with another promotion while it is active — unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Any attempt to exploit the bonus system will result in account cancellation.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the xbagh platform are operated using fair and transparent technology. The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Sports Betting

  • Betting markets and odds are set by xbagh and are subject to change at any time.
  • Bets must be placed before the event starts or within the designated time.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
  • xbagh reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

6.2 Casino Games

  • All live casino games are conducted in real time and the game provider's own rules apply.
  • In the event of an internet disconnection during a live game, the game provider's technical records shall be considered the final evidence.
  • Winnings obtained by violating game rules will be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbagh platform and will result in immediate account closure if they occur.

  • Operating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of someone else.
  • Bonus arbitrage or exploiting weaknesses in the system.
  • Using any kind of software bot, automated script, or unauthorized technology.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Attempting to breach platform security or access another user's account.
  • Using a false identity or forged documents.
  • Threatening, harassing, or insulting platform staff.
Warning: Accounts involved in prohibited activities will be cancelled and all balances — both bonus and real money — will be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

xbagh reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

8.1 Closure Initiated by xbagh

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to provide identity verification documents.
  • In the case of an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure Initiated by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time through xbagh's support team. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed — subject to all wagering conditions being met.

9 Limitation of Liability

xbagh is committed to providing the highest quality service, however xbagh's liability is limited in the following areas.

  • xbagh is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
  • xbagh is not responsible for delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
  • xbagh is not responsible for unauthorized access or account misuse that occurred due to the user's own negligence.
  • xbagh has no financial liability for game outcomes or betting losses.
  • In the event of service disruption caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.).

10 Privacy Policy

Full details of how your personal information is collected, stored, and used are provided in xbagh's privacy policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge the privacy policy.

  • xbagh does not share your information with third parties — however, exceptions may apply in cases of legal obligation or verification processes.
  • All personal information is kept secure through SSL encryption.
  • Your consent will be obtained before your information is used for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming
